We are looking for a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager who wants to lead a whole team, create fantastic guest experiences, and help develop one of Sweden's most expanding fast-food concepts – ChopChop!

To succeed in this role, we see that you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership position, preferably as a restaurant manager, store manager, or similar. You have worked in the restaurant or retail industry and are accustomed to a fast pace, customer focus, and working towards clear goals. This experience has given you the confidence to make quick decisions, motivate your team, and deliver high performance – every day.

About the role

As Restaurant Manager, you have overall responsibility for the entire restaurant's operations. You lead and inspire your team in daily life, create a positive work environment, and ensure that both guests and employees are met with energy, quality, and professionalism. With the help of clear goals, structure, and strong leadership, you drive the restaurant forward – both operationally and strategically.

You have full responsibility for personnel, results, working environment, service, and sales – with support from an engaged support team.

You have experience leading teams – preferably within restaurants or service – and thrive in a role where you get to take responsibility, make decisions, and drive results. You are structured, solution-oriented, and motivated by clear goals. Service is in your DNA, and you have a sharp eye for detail without losing sight of the big picture.
